We are excited to welcome local nonprofits to be part of the Olustee Festival in Lake City, FL, held Friday and Saturday of Presidents’ Day weekend!

Our goal in offering nonprofit spaces is to give Columbia County agencies a chance to share their mission, connect with neighbors, and showcase the important work they do in our community. A limited number of spaces are available, so spots will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Important Information for Nonprofit Vendors

  • Vendor spaces are 10 x 10.
  • All nonprofit applications must be pre-approved by the Blue–Grey Army, Inc.
  • Please provide your Florida tax exemption number to be classified as a nonprofit.
  • Nonprofit service groups not selling food or arts & crafts may participate at no cost by completing this application.
  • Nonprofit vendors participating at no cost are prohibited from selling arts & crafts, holding raffles, or soliciting donations.
  • Anyone not following the rules may not be invited back in future years.
  • Applications are non-refundable and submitted in good faith that your organization will attend both days of the festival.
  • Only completed applications will be accepted.
