Food Vendor Application

Bring your best flavors to the Olustee Festival in Lake City, FL, Friday and Saturday of Presidents’ Day weekend! Our food vendors are always a crowd favorite, and we’re excited to showcase your delicious creations.

Important Information for Food Vendors

• Food vendor spaces are 12 x 20 for $215.00 per space.
• The number of food vendor spaces is limited to 20, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• To avoid duplication of menu items, please list all foods you plan to serve. Your acceptance will be confirmed once your application has been reviewed.
• All menu items must be pre-approved by the Blue–Grey Army, Inc.
• Food vendors must follow all festival food regulations as well as applicable state and local health guidelines.
• Only completed applications with full payment will be accepted.
• Anyone not following the rules will not be invited back.

Applications are non-refundable and are submitted in good faith with the understanding that vendors are committing to participate on both days of the Olustee Festival. Refunds will only be considered in the event of a documented emergency that prevents participation. Qualifying emergencies may include:

• Serious illness, hospitalization, or death of the vendor or an immediate family member.
• A natural disaster (such as a hurricane, flood, tornado, or wildfire) that directly impacts the vendor’s home, business, or travel.
• A government-declared state of emergency or mandatory evacuation affecting the vendor.
• A major vehicle accident or other unforeseen event that makes travel to the festival impossible.

Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing and may require supporting documentation. All refund requests are subject to review and approval by the Olustee Festival Committee. The committee reserves the right to approve or deny any request based on the circumstances presented. Business-related conflicts, scheduling changes, weather concerns, poor sales at previous events, equipment failure, staffing shortages, or a decision not to attend do not qualify for a refund.

Returning Vendors

• Returning vendors may guarantee their same booth space if their application and full payment are received by October 1.
