Brigade Level Sponsor — $5,000 and Above
This level is typically reserved for the Presenting Sponsor of the Olustee Festival. In some years, there may be two Presenting Sponsors.
Benefits include:
- Invitation to participate in the official opening of the Festival on Friday morning
- Opportunity to host a 10×10 booth space at the Festival to promote your business
- Personal interview opportunity with Festival marketing personnel
- Recognition in Festival advertising and promotional materials
- Business name and logo included on news releases distributed to the newspaper
- Invitation to the Sponsors Reception, if one is held prior to the Festival
- Social media exposure and recognition through the Olustee Festival’s official platforms
Regimental Level Sponsor — $3,000
This sponsorship serves as a co-sponsorship of the Festival’s Kid Zone entertainment area and includes recognition on signage at that location.
Benefits include:
- Recognition as a co-sponsor of the Kid Zone entertainment area
- Business name and logo included on news releases distributed to the newspaper
- Invitation to the Sponsors Reception or sponsor event prior to the Festival, if one is held
- Invitation to the main stage during the opening of the Festival
- Recognition in Festival advertising and other promotional materials
- Social media exposure and recognition through the Olustee Festival’s official platforms
Division Level Sponsor — $2,500
Benefits include:
- Invitation to the Sponsors Reception prior to the Festival, if one is held
- Recognition in Festival advertising and other promotional materials
- Business name and logo included on news releases distributed to the newspaper
- Recognition from the main stage during the Festival opening
- Opportunity to have business name displayed on golf carts rented for Festival use by staff during the event
- Social media exposure and recognition through the Olustee Festival’s official platforms
- Opportunity to host a 10×10 booth space at the Festival to distribute business information and promotional materials
Cavalry Level Sponsor — $1,500
Benefits include:
- Invitation to the Sponsors Reception prior to the Festival, if one is held
- Recognition from the main stage as a Festival sponsor
- Business name listed on Festival social media platforms
- Business name and logo included on news releases distributed to the newspaper
- Opportunity to host a 10×10 booth space at the Festival to distribute business information and promotional materials
- Social media exposure and recognition through the Olustee Festival’s official platforms
Friends of the Blue-Gray Army — $500
Benefits include:
- Opportunity to have a tent space in the Festival area for businesses wishing to meet and greet the public and share information about their products or services
- Two full days of direct interaction with Festival attendees from your tent space
- A valuable opportunity to promote your business, increase visibility, and connect with the community during the Festival
- Social media exposure and recognition through the Olustee Festival’s official platforms

Brigade Level – $5,000 and above
This is normally the presenting sponsor, but it can also be a shared sponsorship with another company as a co-sponsor of the event.
Co-sponsors are recognized on the main stage during the Friday opening of the festival in downtown Lake City. They are invited to the sponsor reception, held at various venues throughout the city and county. Naming opportunities for certain events are determined by the committee and may be suited for that particular business. Co-sponsors may also choose to have their name associated with the entertainment, food trucks/food booths, or the kids’ zone. The presenting sponsor normally has their business name on the 5K run. Sponsors at this level may have a booth at the festival at no charge, and their name is listed on all sponsor signage. They also receive a framed festival poster noting them as the presenting sponsor.
Regiment Level – $2,500
Sponsors at this level are recognized on the main stage during the Friday opening of the festival in downtown Lake City. They are invited to the sponsor reception and listed on the large sponsor sign at the registration table. This level also receives a framed Olustee Festival poster, presented at the sponsor reception. Sponsors may also have a booth at the festival to promote their business and distribute literature.
Cavalry Level – $1,000
Sponsors at this level are recognized in signage placed in news media and thanked publicly during the entertainment program. They are invited to the sponsor reception and may also staff a booth at the festival at no charge.
Friends of the Blue-Grey Army – $500
Sponsors at this level are recognized on stage and included in the sponsor listing published in newspapers and other media outlets. They are invited to the sponsor reception and have the opportunity to staff a booth at the festival at no charge.
