Levels of Sponsorship:
Brigade Level $5,000 and above
This is normally the presenting sponsor, but can be a shared sponsorship with another company. They would be considered as co-sponsor to the event.
Co-sponsors have the opportunity to be recognized on the main stage during the Friday opening of the festival, downtown Lake City. They are invited to the sponsor’s reception held at various venues throughout the City/County. Naming opportunities for certain events are determined by the committee, which may be suited for that particular business. Or, the co-sponsor may wish to have their name on the area of Entertainment, Food Trucks/Food Booths, or the Kid’s Zone. The Presenting Sponsor normally has their business name on the 5-K Run. Should they wish, this sponsor can have a booth at no charge at the festival. Their name is listed on all signage for sponsors.
Receive a framed picture of the Festival Poster indicating there are the “Presenting Sponsor.”
Regiment Level $2,500
This sponsor is also recognized on the main stage during the Friday opening of the festival, downtown Lake City. They, too, are invited to the sponsor’s reception. They are listed on the large sponsor sign placed at the registration table to indicate their participation. This Level also receives a framed Olustee Poster, which are given out at the Sponsor’s Reception. The business is able to staff a booth for their business and distribute literature.
Calvary Level $1,000
This sponsor is recognized on all the signage placed in the news media and thanked for their participation in the event. Invited to the Sponsor’s Reception and recognized during the entertainment program. The business if able to staff a booth at the festival at no charge.
Friends of Blue Grey Army $500
This is the least sponsor amount, and the business is recognized on stage and included in the listing of all the sponsors placed in the newspaper and news outlets. They are invited to the Sponsor’s Reception, and has the opportunity of having a booth at the festival at not charge.
