Non-Profit Food Vendor Application

Food vendors, please note:

We will be limiting the number of food vendors to 20, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. To avoid duplication of menu items, please list the foods you plan to serve. We will confirm your acceptance once your application has been reviewed.

Application is hereby made for a reservation of a space(s) to sell Arts & Crafts Friday and Saturday of Presidents’ Day weekend, in conjunction with the Olustee Festival to be held in Lake City, FL. All Arts and Crafts vendors will sell only handmade or hand embellished items as written in the rules and regulations. All Food vendors will only sell food items that are pre-approved by the Blue-Grey Army Inc. All non-profit applications will be pre-approved by the Blue-Grey Army Inc. Anyone found not following the rules will not be allowed back into the festival. The fees for reserving such space(s) are as follows:

This non-refundable application is in good faith that you will attend both days of the festival. Spaces are on a first come first serve basis and are subject to approval. Only completed and correct applications with full payment will be accepted by post-mark.

Returning vendors have the option to guarantee their same spot if you apply and make a complete payment, by September 1st. You can make your payment either in person at the Blue-Grey Army Headquarters at the festival, online, or mail your application. If you choose to mail your application and payment, please make sure we receive it by September 1st. After the September 1st, deadline all spaces are first come first serve.
