Levels of Sponsorship:
The Olustee Festival would not be possible without the generous support of our local businesses and community partners. Sponsorship is a wonderful way to showcase your business while helping us continue this long-standing community tradition. We invite you to review the sponsorship opportunities below and join us in making the Olustee Festival a memorable event for all.
Brigade Level – $5,000 and above
This is normally the presenting sponsor, but it can also be a shared sponsorship with another company as a co-sponsor of the event.
Co-sponsors are recognized on the main stage during the Friday opening of the festival in downtown Lake City. They are invited to the sponsor reception, held at various venues throughout the city and county. Naming opportunities for certain events are determined by the committee and may be suited for that particular business. Co-sponsors may also choose to have their name associated with the entertainment, food trucks/food booths, or the kids’ zone. The presenting sponsor normally has their business name on the 5K run. Sponsors at this level may have a booth at the festival at no charge, and their name is listed on all sponsor signage. They also receive a framed festival poster noting them as the presenting sponsor.
Regiment Level – $2,500
Sponsors at this level are recognized on the main stage during the Friday opening of the festival in downtown Lake City. They are invited to the sponsor reception and listed on the large sponsor sign at the registration table. This level also receives a framed Olustee Festival poster, presented at the sponsor reception. Sponsors may also have a booth at the festival to promote their business and distribute literature.
Cavalry Level – $1,000
Sponsors at this level are recognized in signage placed in news media and thanked publicly during the entertainment program. They are invited to the sponsor reception and may also staff a booth at the festival at no charge.
Friends of the Blue-Grey Army – $500
Sponsors at this level are recognized on stage and included in the sponsor listing published in newspapers and other media outlets. They are invited to the sponsor reception and have the opportunity to staff a booth at the festival at no charge.
